Source Secured was founded by our property investor directors who wanted to share their property knowledge and help people invest in property the right way and increase their portfolio, monthly passive income and leverage to expand.

After investing in a number of property strategies we know what a good deal looks like. Obviously we cannot take every opportunity that comes our way so we have created Source Secured to help others invest in the same deals we invest in. We have created a large portfolio of own and leased real estate providing a positive cash-flow month on month.

Due diligence is key to our success.

A property is only below market value if the true market value has been ascertained. Our experienced valuers use both online and offline techniques and software to make sure we have true market values for our BMV property deals. When it comes to serviced accommodation or R2R HMO deals we have to check supply and demand in the area and make sure the deals stack up. So vigorous due diligence is at the heart of our company.

It is really important to us that we deliver with results. Our reputation means the world to us and we rely on repeat custom and word of mouth. We work with a select few investors to make sure we really give you good value.

Our staff are fully trained and understand what a good deal looks like. Every deal is dependant on the investor and what the investor wants with their money, it may be monthly cash-flow, good ROI or capital appreciation.
